The purpose of our collection of personal information

In connection with customer relationships, we obtain information such as name, business name, address, email, phone number, organization number and other necessary information. This information is exclusively used to manage our customer relationships. You have the right to access, correct and delete data we have stored about you. We will store data as long as we consider it appropriate to assist you with any history if you need it. The disclosure of personal information will not take place unless it imposes statutory disclosure requirements on public authorities.

Customer Register / Hotel System

Our customer records include information about the customer, such as name, address, phone, company name and contact information of the customer, as well as information about what the customer has purchased. These data are stored in our system as long as it is appropriate for us. Visnes Hotel uses cookies on our web pages. By using our website, you agree to let us put these in your browser. Cookies are the standard Internet technology that most web sites use. We use this knowledge to offer you a good customer experience the next time you visit our website. Objects: Collect information about the website's visiting website. We use this information to create reports to improve our web-page. Cookies anonymizes all information.

Objects: Gathers visitor information to customize marketing on Facebook.

Contact form / Booking form

When filling out our contact/booking form on the web page, we store this information in our CRM-system. We will store this information in order to provide customer service. We strive not take keep the information longer than necessary. If you wish to be deleted, see the section on access, correction and deletion of personal information below.  

Sharing

Sharing articles on social media (Facebook, Twitter) is possible. Further handling of data that is shared in social media, is governed by agreement the agreement with the relevant online community.

CEO of Visnes Hotel is responsible for the collection of personal information. This person is responsible for internal inspection with regard to the processing of personal information, and that any deviations from applicable laws are reported and corrected. We strive to comply with applicable privacy laws.
